As experienced manufacturers who sail , we designed a safer, smarter sail management system for aft and forward sail systems in the USA and Worldwide use.
You won't find us at Boat Shows and in Marine Stores; we sell direct to you , helping keep prices down and technical support simple.
Our systems install from the deck, to eliminate the need for going aloft at anytime.
We designed our Top, Foils and Drum to be installed without ever undoing a stay.
Our systems work in Behind The Mast or JIb/Genoa applications.
Our foils are 12 inches long which means you order by the foot, not 5 feet, 7 feet or more. This focalizes the price and saves you money. No cutting, No waste and no guesswork.

3DFurler is a
roller-furler system
designed by experienced sailors
for all sea-worthy applications.
How does 3DFurler work?
The sail furls and unfurls around the stay
while being controlled safely from the cockpit.
Interlocking 12 inch foils span the full length of the
forestay or behind the mast stay.
No Screws or Bushings Used
Does it require rigging removal?
No Removal Required
Unless you are removing a previously installed system there are no stays to remove, no tangs to secure.
Unlike most competitors, the 3DFurler employs a clamp-on top-and-drum configuration with interlocking sliding foils encircling the stay.
Simply stand at the bow and install upwards. When all the foils are installed, tighten the drum.
3DFurler is self-supporting and rotates as a single moving assembly.
What holds it up?
The turnbuckle stud shoulder transfers the weight load to the deck, preventing the system from sliding downward.
In example, a 50-foot system weighs only 43 lbs., combined with a sail, that is usually under 100 lbs.
A turnbuckle, stay and deck will support thousands of lbs.
Why Polymer?
Strength & Versatility
Aluminum Foils nick, dent, bend and
don't do well with
galvanic reaction to stainless.
Aluminum foils don't work well with new rigging materials
such as Dyneema.
Can anyone Install 3DFurler?
Yes.
No experience needed.
Our integrated halyard and modular design
means you never have to go aloft.
If you prefer to have a rigger do the installation
or even buy it from them, we can arrange it so you don't pay a penny more than from us.
