Cancellations & Credits Policy

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is not eligible for cancellation if the order has been assembled or packaged for shipping or has been shipped.

Cancellations prior to any order or part of an order thereof, being assembled or packaged for shipping or shipped are subject to a 35% cancellation fee on approval by aladofurler.com.

Credits

If a cancellation has been approved by aladofurler.com then 100% of the cancellation amount may be used as one-time credit towards a purchase of another item of the same or higher value.

If the item purchased is of a lesser value, the remaining balance of the unused credit shall be forfeited to aladofurler.com and is nonrefundable.

Shipping Policy

Aladofurler.com and its vendors shall not be liable for any shipping costs as a result of signature refusal to a shipment, shipment refusal, incorrect or improper address provided to us by the customer, theft or any other reason that may make it not possible to deliver this order to the customer address provided to us in writing and at the time of order.

If additional shipping costs are incurred as a result of additional or redirect shipping as a result of any of the above reasons or the shipment is refused by the customer, then all repeated attempts of reshipments will be subject to additional advance payments of these costs before a shipment will be re-shipped.

Damage & missing goods upon arrival

A thorough physical inspection including the checking for all components is strongly recommended as soon as you receive your order. All products are carefully packaged using check lists and weight evaluations to ensure that all components are shipped correctly.

Damaged or missing items can be reported immediately by calling 443-810-8366 or emailing help@icwstore.com with a visible picture of the damage or a description of the missing parts within three days of receipt.

The manufacturer reserves the right to make a visual inspection of the damage or missing parts and will make the final determination of replacement.

Warranty Replacements

If a product or component is determined to have failed and is within the manufacturer’s warranty period and the manufacturer has approved the warranty claim, we will request that it be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer.

The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim.

Additional shipping costs may be charged depending on the manufacturer's policy.
