Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Our team is dedicated to ensuring that you have a wonderful purchasing experience. We urge you to ask us questions and feel comfortable with the answers before making your purchase.
Once your order has been placed, it is not eligible for cancellation if the payment has been accepted and processed regardless of shipping status. Involuntary cancellations or stop payments are subject to a 25 % Fee.
Due to current Global supply chain issues, we are not responsible for backorders with a waiting time of less than 61 days. If the waiting time is greater than 61 days, we will request on your behalf for our supplier to process a full refund of our chargeback fees and your payment.
Damage & missing goods upon arrival
A thorough physical inspection including the checking for all components is strongly recommended as soon as you receive your order. All products are carefully packaged using check lists and weight evaluations to ensure that all components are shipped correctly.
Damaged or missing items can be reported immediately by calling 443-810-8366 and emailing orders@aladofurler.com with a visible picture of the damage or a description of the missing parts within three days of receipt.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make a visual inspection of the damage or missing parts and will make the final determination of replacement.
Warranty Replacements
We take our warranty policy to heart and put ourselves in your shoes.
If a component is determined to have failed there is a never a good moment for that to have happened. If the product is within the manufacturer’s warranty period and is warranty (failed due to defects in workmanship or materials), we will ship a new one to you.
Most warranty replacements are smaller items and can be resolved very quickly.
If the item is involved in a catastrophic failure situation and requires a thorough determination by the manufacturer, we may at our option, provide components to you as a new sale and credit you for the suspect part once the manufacturer has validated the item is a warranty.
